These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wishweaver, operated by Your Social Gathering LLC ("Wishweaver," "we," "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What Wishweaver is

Wishweaver is an AI-powered vacation planning service that produces personalized Walt Disney World itineraries. You chat with our AI planner, Stella, who builds a plan based on your family, preferences, and dates. You review a preview, approve it, and receive a full itinerary with recommended attractions, dining reservations, and timing.

Wishweaver is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company. All Disney references are used for informational purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

What you're buying

Full Itinerary tier ($49, or $24.50 launch price): A complete multi-day plan plus 7 days to refine it with Stella after purchase.

Itinerary + Trip Companion tier ($69, or $34.50 launch price): Everything above, plus scheduled reminder emails at 90, 60, 30, and 7 days before your trip, and access to Stella through the last day of your trip so you can pivot in real time.

Launch pricing is available through July 31, 2026. After that, regular pricing applies to new purchases.

What Wishweaver is not

We are not a travel agent or booking service. We do not book your hotel, tickets, dining reservations, or Lightning Lane passes on your behalf. You handle all bookings yourself through Disney's My Disney Experience or your own travel provider. Stella tells you what to book and when; you do the booking.

Recommendations are informational, not guarantees. Ride operating hours, restaurant menus, character meet-and-greet schedules, Lightning Lane availability, park hours, and crowd levels all shift week to week and sometimes day to day. Confirm every reservation, ride, and show time in My Disney Experience before you travel. Stella's picks are the plan; My Disney Experience is the source of truth.

We cannot control third parties. If Cinderella's Royal Table changes their menu, if Space Mountain is closed for refurbishment during your visit, if Disney raises Lightning Lane prices, or if weather shuts down a park, that's outside our control. We do our best to recommend based on the most current information at the time of generation, but real-world conditions change.

Refunds

Full refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@wishweaver.ai with your request. Beyond 30 days, refunds are handled case by case. Full details on our Refund Policy page.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Wishweaver for its intended purpose: planning a trip for you and your family. You will not: attempt to scrape or overload the service, share your plan link publicly in a way that enables strangers to consume Stella's refinement quota against your session, submit false family details for the purpose of extracting outputs to resell or republish, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI prompts.

We rate-limit at the IP level to prevent abuse. Legitimate customers won't notice; abusive traffic is throttled.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishweaver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to: missed reservations, closed attractions during your visit, weather-related trip disruptions, disagreements with fellow travelers about the plan, or any decision you make based on Stella's recommendations.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan (typically $24.50 to $69). If you're not satisfied, use the refund process above.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, or under consumer protection statutes).

Intellectual property

Your itinerary is yours to keep, print, share with your travel party, and use as you see fit for your own trip. The underlying service, brand, code, and Stella's prompt engineering remain Wishweaver's intellectual property. You may not copy, republish, or resell Wishweaver-generated itineraries as your own product.

Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms materially, we'll update this page and notify active customers by email. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maryland, or through binding arbitration if both parties agree.
