My daughter Emmy is 4. This November she'll take her first trip to Walt Disney World. It'll be her, my wife Megan, my mom (who has been dreaming of taking Emmy on this trip since the day she was born), and me.
Emmy is Frozen-obsessed. Every princess, every song, every dress. Her grandmother has been waiting years to watch her see Cinderella's Castle for the first time and get the full Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique makeover. Getting this trip right isn't a nice-to-have. It's the whole point.

We hired a Disney travel agent. It just added more cooks in the kitchen. Scheduling calls and waiting on emails felt harder than doing it myself. She was good, but she didn't know us.
