How to get Disney World dining reservations (even when they are sold out)
How Walt Disney World dining reservations work in 2026: the 60-day window, the resort guest head start, cancellation rules, and how to get a table when your restaurant shows no availability.
The short answer
Walt Disney World table-service reservations open 60 days before your date at about 6 AM Eastern, in the My Disney Experience app or on disneyworld.com. If you stay at a Disney resort you can book your whole stay, up to 10 nights, on your 60-day mark. If the restaurant you want is already full, do not give up: families cancel and change plans every day, and those tables go back on sale one at a time. A reservation alert watches for them and tells you the moment one opens.
The 60-day window
Booking opens 60 days ahead, around 6 AM Eastern. Popular restaurants (Cinderella's Royal Table, Be Our Guest, Topolino's Terrace, Space 220, character meals) can be gone within minutes, so be signed in and ready before 6.
Disney resort guests get a head start: on their 60-day mark they can book every day of their stay, up to 10 nights, which is why the last days of a trip often sell out before off-site guests can even reach them.
What a reservation costs to hold
Most restaurants take a credit card as a guarantee and charge nothing at booking. You can change or cancel for free until 2 hours before the reservation; inside that window, or if nobody shows, Disney charges about $10 per person. Some experiences are different: Cinderella's Royal Table is paid in full when you book, and a few dinner shows and signature restaurants have their own rules, shown when you book.
When your restaurant is sold out
Sold out on day 60 is not sold out for good. Plans change, other families cancel, and every cancellation puts that one table back on sale. Because cancelling is free until 2 hours before, tables can reappear any day, right up to the day itself.
You can catch them by refreshing the app over and over, or let a watcher do it. Wishweaver checks Disney's public dining availability for your exact party size and dates every 5 minutes and sends you an alert, with the time that opened and a link to book it, the moment one appears.
Wishweaver can also book it for you: with Book It on, our team books the opening the moment it appears and it shows up in your My Disney Experience. It costs $10 per dining reservation (any party size) or $12 per child for the Boutique, charged only once Disney confirms it.
Good to know

- 60 days before the date, starting around 6 AM Eastern. Disney resort guests can book their whole stay, up to 10 nights, on their 60-day mark.
- Is there a fee to cancel a Disney dining reservation?
- Not for most restaurants if you cancel at least 2 hours before. Inside 2 hours, or a no-show, is about $10 per person. Prepaid experiences such as Cinderella's Royal Table and some dinner shows have their own rules, shown when you book.
